Sample post: How your post looks on Google and WhatsApp
1 min read

This is a sample post. Edit it to practise, then delete it before the site goes live.
When someone shares your post on WhatsApp, Facebook or X, a small preview appears with a picture, the title and a short description. Google shows the same title and description in its search results.
You don’t have to do anything
By default the preview uses your post’s title, short summary and cover picture. If your post has no cover picture, the website makes a neat card with your title on it instead.
The Search & sharing section
At the bottom of every post there is a folded section called Search & sharing (optional). Open it only when you want the preview to say something different:
- Title for search results: a shorter or clearer title, if your real title is long.
- Description for search results: one or two sentences that make people want to click.
- Picture for link previews: a different picture for previews. Wide pictures work best.
This post uses all three, so you can open it in the Studio and see them filled in.
